Im a 5'10 female and weigh 77 kg.. too much? whats my ideal weight.. Thanks?!

ok you're on the verge of being OVERweight.. its ok dont panic:
1) Dont take advantage of that you're tall so u eat anything u want
2) eat a healthy diet with 1,500 calories
3) exercise 3-4 times a week each an hour doing 45 min cardio, 15 strength .. so u dont lose your muscle ! trust me u wont look bulky just use small dumbbells and everything light
4) yes your weight is too much but its ok cuz there is a solution.. your IDEAL weight is : 66 KG .. so go to that and then YOU decide if you wanna be less.. but seriously.. just becuz i'm obsessed in being skinny.. i love this BMI: 17.8!!
