Nutrition Question!?!
Question: I usually, around 95-98% of the time ALWAYS do healthy, im always eating healthy and never really eating what i REALLY want to eat, so i was wondering if slacking off or just "taking a break" every once in a long time is ok.
Like if ive been doing really good, eating healthy and stuff, will one time of eating bad or unhealty make me gain unwanted weight and such?

it called a cheat meal, there okay on occaision, thats why the food pyramid has sweets at the top, its hard to stay on that strict a diet
