The best way to wake up is with a big glass of ice cold water. Put some in the fridge before you go to bed, then its there when you wake up and you don't reach for the coffee! It also replaces the body's supplies as you can be dehydrated overnight.
Then try some gentle stretching. It starts to get the blood flowing, and wakes up the muscles as well. Don't do anything too vigorous, maybe a few gentle lunges or reach for your toes a few times. Swing your arms around slowly as well.
Then, try going for a brisk walk. Its not too vigorous for first thing in the morning, and the fresh air well help waken you up fully. Try for 30 mins and then do some more stretches when you get home.
If you do all off the above, it shouldn't tire you out too much so that you're shattered by the time you get to work!
Try this out, and see if it works!
Hope thats a help.

I have the same problem!!! I would set a thousand alarms. I have my phone, my tv and my alarm clock. Put the alarm clock far enough away from your bed that you have to get outta bed to turn it off and hide the remote so you actually have to move to turn it off. Turn the volume way up on a music channel like mtv's video wake up or something so you hear it when it comes on. Anything else that makes noise try that too. If you know someone who works out at that time or is just up that early for some strange reason maybe have them call you every morning and get you outta bed. Good luck!

Drink coffee, yoga, or, use soap or water to wake your face

try working out when you get home at 11. youll already be awake, plus the work out will help you sleep better.
