Gettin ripped?!


Question: ok i have been doin pushups and bicep curls and i can feel my muscle gettin pumped and hard but its not gettin bigger. and i do eat healthy and workout very often the only thing i don't get enough is sleep

not because of lack of sleep, possibly not enough protein intake. good protein really matters in building muscle. if you are allready a big guy use some pure egg white prortein in the powder form. little calories, lots of good un-refined protein. if your a skinny, try muscle milk. packs on muscle and plenty of mweight for bulk up.muscle also will not grow if you continue to constantly work out the same muscles. work out one group once a week, no more. why do you think marines are able to do 200 pushups strait every day and they dont have huge ripped chests. you need to give the muscle groups atleast 5 days of recovery before you damage them again.
