What kind of stretches are needed to become flexible?!

I would take yoga. You will learn a variety of stretches there and if you end up not really liking the class, you can at least learn a few good things for flexibility. I teach yoga and half of my clients are guys and serious tri-athletes.

There are different styles of yoga... try Bikrim or hatha/asthanga(power yoga)

You can try to do jumping jacks and trying to o a split every morning and also exercising that's very important.

It depends on what part of your body you want to be more flexible.

For your arms = push ups. also, pick a song that gets you going, sit in a comfortable position and do exercises with your arms in the air until the end of the song, no breaks. example, push your arms up, elbows bent, palms up as if youre ''raising the roof'' =). or do punches out in front of you, things like that.

Legs = toe touches, strattles, i dont know..those are kinda girlry.

Stomache/abs = crunches. certain bending exercises help that area too.
