I've never had the Fiber One yogurt before, but I have had the Activia. I'm pretty sure it's just gonna taste like regular yogurt. If you've ever had fiber supplements like Benifiber you'd know it would just be the granulated fiber already mixed in there. You won't even be able to tell the difference when you taste it.
