You can not lose fat in one area. Unless you get liposuction which I do not recommend. The key is Diet, Diet, Diet, then exercise!

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

I know it's possible to lose 10 pounds in ONE week. My friend took on the Reset Kit from USANA (bought it from another friend of his) and he lost 10 pounds from it along with exercise. The shakes make you lose the cravings...because they're meal replacements. It's a bit pricey, but hey, it WORKS.

There's a little wiggle room with efficent workouts but the bottom line is no pain no gain.

Effort in = gain out, there's no easy or fast way, period.

Many people make this promise but it's all for profit, if there was an easy way gyms would be out of business. Don't waste the money, time, and suffering on them.

to maintain your current weight you should et 2000kcals per day. so to lose weight you need to restrict this to 1500kcals. but make sure you eat no less than 1500kcals as this will slow your metabolism & you won't lose anything.

i would recommend a class called body pump - this uses weights to tone you up & burn lots of calories (www.lesmills.com) - give your local gym a call to see if they run it. i did this class twice a week & could see big difference fast!!

if you are restricting your diet it's also a good idea to take a multivitamin to ensure you are getting all your vital nutrients.

if you cut your cals back to 1500 per day & do exercise 2-3 times per week you will lose 1-3lbs per week easily.

drink plently of water, try & increase the amount of fruit & veg you eat & swap white bread for brown bread, full cream milk to skimmed milk etc.

You can lose 10 pounds in 3 days with the 3 Day Diet! It works amazingly. I totally recommend it. Good luck! =]
