Help I have a habit of eating at night time!?!


Question: At night when every one is home from work and school I get stressed out and eat ALOT and I always need that before bed desert! Help how can I control myself when I get stressed out and how can I stop myself from craving that desert?

Since it's happening at night it may be that you're not getting enough carbohydrate with your dinner. Try having more wholegrains like brown rice and see if this helps.

If not, I find drinking a warm drink like fruit tea fills me up without the calories.

It may not even be hunger, you may just be bored so could try doing an activity you enjoy when you start to feel cravings.

If all else fails I find brushing my teeth soon after eating means I'm less likely to snack later.

It's going to be tough in the beginning. But reward yourself when you don't give in to the cravings. Like take a nice bubble bath before bed instead of eating or do your nails or play with makeup looks. After a successful week, buy something to add to your wardrobe. If you have to eat something at night, try snacking on pickles, or have a cup of clear soup or caffeine free tea.

I agree. Put a time limit on when you are going to stop eating. and that doesn't mean pig out before that time. Also, if you are hungry late at night, try eating an apple or banana, just anything healthy yet filling.

Try not to eat havy food eat some time i eat to but eat nuts orsom kind of light food.
