How much exercise do you get a week?!

Question: I used to workout 7 days a week, then realized I needed to take a day off, maybe two. So now I workout 5-6 days a week...but I am becoming more and more exhausted it seems with each day.
Maybe I need new vitamins...anyways how about you?

I also excercise 6 times a week but your energy levels often depend on two factors your diet and the extent to which you work out. Are you eating healthy balanced meals? are you training to your anerobic threshold? In other words are you pusing yourself hard when you excercise? and have a look at your sleep patterns the average person needs between 7-9 hours of sleep per night. excercising 5-6 times a week is fine. Vitamins are ok but eating raw healthy food is actually better for you (Fresh fruit and vegetables) Hope this helps a little bit.

I exercise 3 times a day. I can do 70 one finger push ups/press ups in a minute.

1-3 hours daily, sometimes more, occassionally i have a day off

i workout out about 1 hr. to 1 1/2 a day. Some days a rest in between. So about 5 hrs. a week on average

hi i go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week for 2 hours each , i used to go every day but i ended up dreading it and having lots of injuries from running , your body is trying to tell you , you need to take time out and chill , listen to it and go 4 times a week ,you will wear yourself out!!xx

Well, 3 days a week of weight training, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursdays are for resting. Weekends are either football or basketball. Taking supplements, protein shakes, and vitamins. I'm not trying to lose weight, just gain more muscle mass. I'm 5'7" and roughly 165 lbs of muscle, only about 7% body fat, hard to tell I have any. Goal is to get around a solid 185-205 lbs.

Sweety you are overworking your body! try exercising every other day, it is good to skip a day.. Instead of working out 5-6days of the week try 3-4x a week. My exercise schedule was usually Mon,Wed, Fri, and every other Saturdays...And yes take vitamins or a protein drink.
F.Y.I- You do not have to work out long hours to lose weight (example 2-4hrs), try putting in atleast 30min-60min each time you work out!

About 4-6 times a week, which currently includes about 30 miles running and about 4 weights/calisthenics sessions.
