How do I lose weight and tone my muscle?!


Question: Last week I started running to get my weight down. I run everyday for about 4 miles at a also pace, about 50 minutes. It has started to fall already, 10 pounds. I have gained a decent amount of weight after coming to school, the dreaded freshman 15. Now I am a sophomore and I am ready to drop this weight and also tone my muscles. So being 190 lbs. what is a decent target weight for someone who is 6' 1"? Also, to tone my muscles what is the best work out?

Well, I'm not sure about the ideal weight for someone 6'1'', (you can look that up on google) but I do know that the best way to tone your muscles and build endurance is to do weight training with low weights and tons of reps.
