Answers: ...and what percentage of your daily protein requirements is there in one medium sized egg?

Bread's full of carbohydrates, but virtually no protein. An egg a day would do the trick.

No

Depends on the quality of the bread

Spounds silly but it's true !

Yes. i would eat more fish chicken and meat but if your not a meat eater nuts or eggs will help.

could be .............. bread consits of carbs ............. yr body needs protein to build up muscles.................. one egg is enough a day...............

Bread doesn't contain much protein. Try animal products such as milk(dairy), eggs, and meat which are high in protein. In one egg there is 8 grams which is 15% of your daily requirement.

Bread has little protein and eggs don't have much either.
If you don't eat meat, fish or chicken which have the highest amount of protein, then you need legumes, milk or cheese, a variety of vegetables for a healthy way to obtain sufficient protein. Wholemeal bread only contains about 5gms protein per slice and white bread has less than that. Eggs have about 5gms. An adult male requires about 90gms day. So you would need about 15 slices of bread or 8 slices of bread and 8 eggs to reach this.
