Right lung hurts?!


Question: hi im a 18 year old guy and weigh 200lb / nearly 15 st and im about 5'10 its qyuite cold today and when i whent for a run my lung hurt and got abit tight is it cos im unfit lol its the first time i hve gone for a run in like 2 years lol

Your lungs are hurting because you went running in the cold air. They like warm; humidified air. Next time you go running in the cold; try and limit your inhalation to your nose; as that is your body's natural filter/humidifier for air.

its better to keep ur fats off not just for clothes in fashion or for ur hot chix nearby...
its better to stay slim for urself, fat people r prone to many diseases thats y i determined to be slim bcause my heart aches almost evryday..i thought my heart is literally covered with fats...
i started to diet n exercise, but now, since i cannot have regular exercise due to nature of work, id rather stick on my diet..n it is successfuly done..
ive lost pounds, slimmer, healthy n happy! n im still dieting for maintance! :)
