Any certain exercise to get rid of back fat??!


Question: Sounds stupid I know, but I am not a huge girl, I just need to loose about 20 lbs and tone up a bit. Anyways, the worst thing is that I have little backfat role on each side of my back and was wondering if anyone knew a a certain exercise I can put into my workout that would be mostly to help get rid of that and tone that up ??

Cardio is your best bet. If you lose the pounds, the fat will come off :-)

If you'd like to tone your back though, you can do back extension.
Lay on you stomach, arms at you sides, and then try to lift your head and shoulders up as high as you can using your back muscles. (google it for pics)

cardio for the starters is the best to reduce fat. check your personal instructor but 1 month of cardio on a daily basis for 60 mins is good for a start. also helps the healthy lifestyle changes like eating good food.

You can't spot reduce fat. In other words, your body decides where to lose the fat, not you. So you will just have to do cardio and count your calories. Those are the two best ways to lose fat. All diets that work are based off of the principle that you must burn more calories than you consume. Genetics is the major player that decides where you lose fat first.

Toning is also a myth. There are 2 things you can do. Burn fat. Build muscle. If you do both at the same time, it is what people think is "toning".

Check these 3 exercises out. I started doing them about 3 weeks ago and I'm hoping they work. Each of the 3 focuses on a different part of your back (entire back, lower and upper). I do these along with cardio (for me an elliptical) and I can tell I've taken weight off already.

you have rightly asked for an exercise that reduces back fat.

May be you know or not , the truth is that Our Body is an automomous machine with highest computer fitted into it in brain , that regulates the distribution of fat, in all the parts of the body. hence Idea of reducing fat only in one part will be Translated by Biocomputer as Over all reduction of Fat in Uniform way..
Now fat reduction can be done Naturally by eating right food and right exercises....secondly avoiding fatty food, chocholates , pastries, meat and fried items...

right food starts with leafy vegitables, sprouts, Yoghurt. Brown Bread, brown rice

If you can try Honey one spoon and lemon juice one spoon in one glass of water every morning it will be a shot in arm..

Now a days gyms are helping to build up energetic muscles ,
But avoiding the gym exercises suddenly makes ones body flabby. so gradually gym heavy exercises be reduced and Aerobics exercises be opted where lot of breathing is needed and Breathing will burn out your Excess Fat from all over the body..

if you can do following exercise of four parts , which is a spot jogging, stomach toning, eyes toning and relaxation.. it will do much good to you.

for first 15 minutes to be done spot jogging. raise as much knees upto stomach as possible and run fast at one place only.
Second stage sits down with crossed legs keep your both hands on waist. Wide mouth, chin touching pit of collar bone at mid of chest. Sway you upper part from left to right, bending up to left knee and keeping in this situation move head to right knee and straighten the upper body. Do this for 15 minutes.

Third part is to be lying down on floor keep eyes wide open, starring at ceiling imagine stadium size clock and your eyes are moving on periphery. Roll your eyes fast on periphery in circle.

Last 15 minutes close eyes; relax body and lying on floor.

Eat Raw veg instead of its juice, it fibrery fruts lot instead of its juice, avoid canned foods.
