How do you fight cravings for chips??!


Question: i really love chips!..i dont know how to pass them up!......how do you fight the cravings for it?....(besides drinking water)

By eating them.

Eat some salty crackers!

try occupying your mind.

eat celery

dont eat em

eat something else crunchy....carrots, banana chips? celery....anything crunchy

Get chex mix thats what i do

maybe you should just eat healthier chips. o_O

I eat almonds---or baby carrots---but most of the time I go with drinking water. Sorry.

eat those little baby carrot sticks, they're good, and good for you. Lose a little light salad dressing, like ranch or italian for added flaver.

Stop smoking the reefer.

Eat them or better yet, eat them with some type of dip.

by replacing them with something else
like pretzels?
theyre a lot more healthy.
every time you want some chips
just reach for your substitute instead
and pretty soon itll become habit

Chew gum it is not as bad 4 u and it feels like ur eating so u won't eat anything!!!

Eat pretzels or baked lays (plain) chips. Bagel or pita chips are also really good, there are also fat free tortillas by utz.

I eat ice sometimes...

Find new snacks that you like...pretzels (especially unsalted) are a good replacement, also try fruits or steamed vegetables...there are all kinds of other healthier foods that you can snack on without the guilt of salty fatty potato chips

try eating the baked chips...they are healthier...as long as you stick to a single serving!

Drink juice.

I look at the commercials Erik Estrada is now doing for real estate in Arkansas, and use that to remind my self of what too many CHiPs can do to you.

most cravings only last about 15 mins... so if you can get your mind off of it and wait it out, the craving might subside.

Don't limit yourself though, or you will feel deprived!!!!! Try healthier options such as veggie crisps, and reduced fat baked options.

I've heard that cravings pass in 30 seconds. So wait 30 seconds.

Try licking some salt. That is what your body is craving anyway, not necessarily the chip.

get the biggest portion ever and eat them in 2 mins shove em in then you will feel sick and hate em lol

eat them YUM!!
