Read the labels. Pretzels are almost fat free.

well regular (not baked and not WOW) chips have more fat. both are high in sodium (unless you buy salt free pretzels)

pretzels are Defiantly a lot healthier, there is so much sodium and trans fats in a lot of potato chips. Read the back of the bag in comparison for a better understanding :)

Look at the back "nutritional facts" you can see yourself. Look at Trans Fat, Calories from fat and if either provide vitamins. Also look at the serving sizes. I think pretzels are healthier, no artificial flavors or oils.

Pretzels are baked, not fried. They do have a lot of sodium. Whole wheat pretzels would be better.

when it comes to junk food there is no such thing as one being healthier than the other. the only foods that are healthy are those provided by mother nature and there is no tree, plant or bush that bears packages of pretzels or chips.

any form of carbohydrate that dissolves in the mouth is garbage, it doesn't matter what the label states.

Buy fat free pretzels- it's a filling snack and more healthy compared to most other snacks.

If you really love chips then buy fat free pringles or baked chips which are low or fat free, and don't have the oil that regular chips have.

I would say pretzels, bc they have carbs, like grain as of brerad whihc is good for you and for long lasting energy

Pretzels are a lot healthier than chips. Most chips are loaded with fats and salt. However, if you buy the Baked variety of chips, it'd be a healthier choice, but pretzels still are healthier :)

If you just eat a few, chips are healthier as long as they don't have trans fats in them. You do need some fat and salt, but you don't need the white flour in pretzels because it is quite bad for you. Chips aren't the best thing to have, but they are better than pretzels.
