Has anyone read Paul McKennas book 'I can make you thin' if so?!

Question: did it make did you lose weight due to the advice and suggestions given in this book? Or was it waste of money?

It's not worth paying out for it. Most of his stuff is free on tv anyways (if you have sky/cable/digital) Can't remember which channel (sorry) but I often catch him on tv talking about dieting in his programme. Try youtube or something and just take notes of his tips, you don't need the book. That's just a money-making scheme.
Losing weight is mainly down to willpower anyway. It's motivation most of us lack, not tactics. If you want to do it, you can do it on your own.
Good luck!

I didn't read the book but i did follow the 5 cd set (qvc/ebay)
i found the advice sound and i have lost 2.5 stones recently.

It should have been entitled `You can make me rich`.

Eat less and exercise more- you don't need his money making rubbish!

Read how simply and easily you can lose weight and feel great all on this site

the book works if you stick to the mind exercises it lays out if you dont stick to it then it wont work i admit i didnt stick to it but it worked when i did iam going to give it another go

I used this book and it didn't help me in the slightest, so yes it was a waste of money.

I lost half a stone in October/November, and kept it off, using bootsdiets.com.

Hated it. It actually made me really angry!

The idea is that it'll make you eat slowly and stop binging. After being told over and over that I could be anything I wanted I found myself shouting "If you're so good at this Paul grow yourself some hair!".

Petty, yes, but it's how I felt. Blasted CD and book. Kept telling me to visualise myself thin. I've never been thin! I have no idea what I'd look like thin! Bah!

Like Peta, I've found BootDiet.com really good, but I use the front end at Nutracheck.com. Same site, just is cheaper to join via this entry point.
