You need to eat more to loose weight -- but eat the right kinds of foods (and a bagel is not one of them). By not eating, your body thinks that it is starving and actually collecting more fat from the foods you eat and storing more of that fat then usual.

you gained weight because bagels are full of carbs and subway is too..and i dont know you but you probably didnt exercise all that much

start hittin the tredmill and eating 3 HEALTHY meals a day with not many carbs, fat, sugar etc

well obesity hapens for diffrent reasons like:
-eating while watching tv
-not chewing properly
-drinking fluids while eating
-sleeping after eating
-eating while stressed

This might sound crazy but it works. Eat a big breakfast, something like you would have for lunch or dinner. Then you would be full for most of the day and eat less!

bread/bagels=carbs carbs=weight....you need to eat more fruits and vegetables...stop drinking pop...you'll drop 5 pounds from that alone...drink water often.

Bagel are actually pretty high in calories, and Subway CAN be healthy and low-calorie, but it depends what you get. You might also be snacking and not realizing how much you're eating. And not eating breakfast can slow your metabolism. You're better off eating more frequently, but smaller meals. Make sure you have a good amount of veggies, protein, and good fats. That's the best for weight loss and feeling full.

(1) Start eating breakfast. It will give you energy for the rest of the day.
(2) You need to eat balanced meals. You need more protein during the day. A bagel at lunch is not a good idea.
(3) A sub every once in a while is okay, but not every day.

you gained weight because you failed to eat breakfast.breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day to get your body going.to lose weight you have to eat 6 times a day but nothing fattning 3 times for breakfast lunch and dinner and the other 3 fruits.a good way to increase your metabolism during the day is to drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning.

u gained weight because fast food restaurants, make u fat because they have a lot of calories.u should stop eating subway for dinner and instead eat vegetables. the bagel for breakfeast is not so good good for u so stop eating that everyday. instead just have a bannana and a piece of toast but u have to eat something healthier for dinner then subway. just have a couple pieces of broccoli or carrots, or celery. if u keep eating ur bannana every morning and eat ur veggies for dinner, u should be thin in no time.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - don't skip it. Bagels are fattening. Subway CAN be if you don't know how to order. Skip the cheese, mayo, etc. Get a 6", not a 12". And finally, the best way to lose weight - EXERCISE! It's a no brainer. A combo of Exercise and healthy diet will drop the lbs. Try running if that suits you....hands down the best way to drop weight. But you can't just sit around eating bagels and subway and expect weight to fall off. YOu have to work for it. Trust me, I've been there.

You shouldn't be skipping meals because that causes your metabolism to slow down to conserve energy it's not getting. Start with a small, healthy breakfast to kick-start your metabolism. Such as egg whites, wheat toast, and a banana. Drink plenty of water throughout the day so you feel 'fuller' and eat small healthy meals throughout the day. I suggest eating more fruits and tons of vegetables! Also, make sure you are exercising! That's just as key as what you're putting in your body. Good luck, girl.

It has to do with how your body works... Your metabolism sometimes works different then other people you should know that if you're not losing weight is because your metabolism knows when to slow down because of the few calories that you're taking in.. so you eat more but not fat stuff that way your metabolism speed up

You're consuming too many carbs in proportion to everything else by the sounds of it. You want to eat a good, healthy breakfast. People, and I was one of them, thought skipping breakfast would keep them from eating all day but what actually happens is in the evening your body is so deprived it craves everything and you end up binging. Also, when you deprive you body it thinks you're starving and will slow down your metabolism to help you stave off starvation. Eat either three healthy meals and a couple of healthy snacks a day or try 5-6 small, healthy meals. And you've got to get some exercise. There's no magic cure here. It's healthy eating and exercise.

Often times you can gain weight by NOT eating. That is why NOT EATING IS NEVER THE ANSWER. Your body needs the nutrition/nutrients that food provides. Otherwise, your body starts feeding off of itself and you lose important muscle mass instead of the fat you really want to lose.

I use the Shapeworks program, and, I love that it's designed so that I don't feel hungry; who
