Why can't i get fat physically..?!


Question: OK i know this is a akward question to ask...but i am not a good as in healhy eater as many people are but i eat like junk foods very often and i also eat healthy just not that often... I usually eat at home..but enough of that... I just cant get fat.. I am 5' 9" 12 years old and i weigh 141 pounds now for my height i guess thats a lil skinny (but it seems alot) and i am skinny but i eat so much... i don know why i cant get fat.. I eat cereal like 3 times a week at about midnight...i eat breakfast,lunch,dinner and snacks very often...i eat chinese food on the weekends when im by myself in my house...Anyone got any tips to gain some weight physically i just cant manage to..maybe i need some vegestables now? lol help plz...
(the reason i want this is because i exersice and i got abs, just not as attractive when ur skinnier..just wanna gain a lil more weight)

well if you want to get 'fat' stop expending energy. No running, no exercise.

If you want to bulk up a bit, eat more carbohydrates (bread, pasta) and protein (lean meat) and do some weights training. Do a small number of reps of heavy lifting.

just eat regualry moderatly and healthy.sometimes your body might just retain that nasty stuff so when you start to eat healthy youlll gain the weight

you sound like you're in good shape dude, especially for 12!...just eat better, find out a better situation for your food, maybe add a bit more and keep workin out. you'll get bigger for sure.

believe it or not your metabolism is actually normal. the body of the human adolescent is supposed to be able to handle a high carb, high fat diet with out weight gain. this means that basically you are at a low risk for obesity later on in life.

well elkins.....i kno u....n i luv u velly velly velly much.....u r alrite lukin*physically*.....dont get gassed.....dont try 2 gain any weight...ur matabolism is great and if u get a lil fat now, wen u grow up and ur matabolism slows down, the weight may overload....
