What are some of the healthy benifits these vegatables?.....?!


Question: I love my vegies, mainly green vegies... I love to make a salad with a mixture of lettuce, cucumber, green beans, rocket leaves, spinach leaves, brocoli and a little bit of carret with fat free dressing!... I'm trying to get into the habbit of eating a couple servings of this a day along with a healthy balanced diet of course!... I have psoriasis and eczma and was wondering if the nutrients from those vegatables will help reduce or make the psoriasis heal eventually!

Not sure whether they will heal the psoriasis and eczma but they do have many other benefits.

Lettuce is empty of any nutritional value.The other veggies are high in antioxidants,iron and vitamins so make more veggies part of your diet and cut the lettuce down. Vitamin E will help the skin conditions.
