If you really want to do it, make it happen. You can do anything if you really dedicate yourself. Just do it smart

some people can't slim down as much as others, besides, a lot of guys like girls with some meat yah know. More to grab they tell me ^_~.

Once you get into a routine, it becomes fairly simple, just be sure to mix it up and do other activities once in awhile.

Honestly, you have to have lots of time on your hands. And about friends: well forget them. You will be too obsessed with your weight and working out. If you have a boyfriend: dump him. You will not have time for him anymore. About eating pleasure food: forget it. There is nothing pleasurable about gaining weight (or so you tell yourself)

Trust me, being skinny is not worth all of this crap!!!

don't go all anorexic, watever you do. im trying turbo jam, it is working well so far. i suggest that if you want a program. but, just monitor your calorie intake, possibly down it to 1500 if possible, and not to many carbs, no whole milk, cut down on fatty foods, you kn, that kind of stuff...

well then the answer is to do... discipline your self you can do

talk to your doctor- maybe you have a slow metabolism like i do, and there are drugs that you can take to speed it up. also if you"lazy" like i am, walking is a great exercise, because i hate to run, i go walking with my dog for about a mile a day... its good exercise for myself and my dog and i get fresh air

u over weight or somethin?? try not to look the negative 'charge'.. but if u insist, get ur self everyday on gim or run a millions time around ur house.. if u wanna make it quick, run over ur area..yeah u're going CRAZY!!

you can take pills that you can get from the drug stores that'll improve your metabolism. .

buy an ipod and put goooooooooooood music on it, pop the earlphone in ur ears and trust me ur'll be exersice lover and never get bored lol
