What can Chamomile do for you?!
Question: I've never had chamomile before and I was wondering how other people incorporate it into their diet and why? Is it like cinnamon, will it make you sleepy? I've heard of chamomile tea and I just wanted to know what all the hype was about. I'm mainly interested in its calming effects but I want to know everything about it. Some girls put it in their hair, right? If someone could recommend a website or something that would be great.
If you do drink chamomile tea...how does it taste? Is it sweet or dry? What color is it? How does it smell? And where can I buy some? Can I buy it at the supermarket or do I need to go to a health store? Also, what are some good brands? Are some healthier than others? Like I said I want to know everything about it.

Chamomile is wonderful. It will make you sleepy, when you can't sleep, it will get rid of water weight gain, thus making you pee your brains out, It is very calming, I usually take a double tea bag of it, in 10 oz of water before I go to the doctors, due to white coat hypertension. It has a sweet taste, It's great for stomach problems, cramps, gas pains, bloating, etc. It's color is golden, it smells like a sweet flower, You can buy it anywhere in any grocery store in the form of a teabag.
Any brand is fine. "Celestial Seasonings" "Bonamo" "Lipton", it all tastes the same.
