Well, there are many great ab exercises you could do!! First of all, there are ab moves you can perform while standing...And then there's ab moves you could do while sitting or lying on your back. Since you're seeking to reduce lower belly flab, then I would go with exercises for your abs, that also work your core.
Some exercises that will help you:
1.) Standing Side Crunches - Standing on one leg, keeping the knee soft and tighting the thigh and butt, lift the other knee to the side focusing on contracting through the side. Also, try to incorporate the upper body, by starting with one arm at side coming down, and meeting the elbow at the lifting knee, relase, then repeat. Do 20 to 30 each side.
2.) Standing Knee Crunches - This is similar to the move above except that you pull the knee up in front of the body and focus on contracting through the abs. Start by having hands reaching up overhead and the leg you are going to lift extending behind. Then contract pulling the knee and arms together. This works best when leaning slightly forward instead of standing straight up and down. To protect your back, keep your back straight, and keep a tight core.
3.) Reverse Crunches - for the lower abs: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abex...
4.) The Bicycle - this exercise is best for targeting the "six-pack" muscles: http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abex...

just get on the floor, and lift your legs.(add some weight if wanted)

crunches for sure do squatts too

hang from a chinup bar and bring knees to chest. or you can lie on your back at the end of a bench or the edge of your bed. as long as your legs are hanging off. keep legs straight and lift up and back down. continue till you curse me for the agonizing pain.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
