Is there really a big difference between Creatine ethyl ester and Monohydrate?!

Question: OK...here's the real answer. I'll try to shorten it a bit to make it easier to understand.
There is a very noticeable difference between the two types.
The main difference is that Creatine Ethyl Ester is Creaitne mono with an ester attached. Both types have been shown to help increase lean muscle mass, muscle strength and performance. The main problem with the mono type is it's absorbed poorly by the body and it's effectiveness is very dependent on the cells ability to absorb it which may mean you'll have to ingest larger amounts to achieve the effect.
The main item is that creatine draws water into the cells and if it's not absorbed well it will sit outside the cell as a filler, which may make you feel a little bloated.
Esterfication, (adding an ester) allows the creatine to transport with a fat cell (not all water) the fat cell, now loaded with creatine will be much more readily absorbed, without a bloating feeling thus less is needed to do the same work.
I can tell you Cell Mass is the best on the market...it's an ester type and contains NO sugar at all....No extra calories, no bloating, less used both before and after the workout. It's really important after, because Cell Mass also had glutimane and that's needed for repair and quicker recovery.
There's really a lot more to this explanation but you may be able to see why it's better then Mono. No bloating, less needed, faster acting, better absorbing and no sugar. I can also tell you it works best if you have an intense workout. That's working groups to exhaustion. At that stage they are screaming for nutrients. Post workout light carb meal and some Creatine is just what's needed.
