A whole fruit apple or a slice of orange ?!

Question: for a afternoon snack?

Answers: for a afternoon snack?

An apple has about 65 calories, 17g of carbs, 3g fiber
An orange has about 85 calories, 21g carbs, 4g fiber, and 100% DV of vitamin C

ah... how bout both?

orange!

Whole apple, the fiber will keep you feeling fuller for longer. Why not just have both? A slice of orange may only add an additional 20 calories.

The apple might have a bit more fiber and be a bit more satisfying, especially if paired with peanut butter or cheese and a handful of almonds. The orange has more water and might be better with a breakfast. I'd go for the apple.

Whole Apple.
