Is this a good way to lose weight?!

Question: Hi I'm 5'6", weigh 134 pounds and I really want to lose weight (proms coming up lol). I usually have like two small chocolates and alot of extra snacks but i don't anymore. For like three weeks now I've been eating cereal for breakfast (no orange juice), yogurt for lunch, lots of water and a small dinner like at 4 and maybe an apple for a snack. I've also been working out for about 20 min a day doing crunches and lunges. Do you have any tips? I dont feel like I'm losing enough weight. Thanks!

Gotta do cardio for great results, or some type of circuit training. I found excellent results when I worked in a daily run about 2 to 3 miles.

But for starters, adding one mile to your routine 3-4 days a week would be very helpful. If you have trouble running, devote more time to the mile and walk it.

Why don't you excersise more? I do 3 hours a day and im only 80 lbs and im 12 Years old.^_^

3 hrs is crazy... who has that much time on their hands. Any way you'd be exhausted after 3 hrs. Try training with a personal trainer, if thats too expensive try a friend. u can motivate each other ;)

cereal just isnt cereal. There's a big difference between trix and let's say whole grain cheerios or another whole grain, low sugar cereal. Wheaties is a good cereal to choose. Whole grain oatmeal is even better than the cold cereals. And just keep the sugar out of the diet. Lots of water is good. Do cardio and get your heart running. Thats a gimmee for any weight loss tip. I would suggest doing some cardio in the morning before eating anything. Good Luck.
