Question: is it normal to eat after devouring food....like 2 whole chickens and still feeling hungry.....does this mean that the body is burning calories and helping you lose weight or what???

It takes a while for your brain to register that you are full. So, eating too quickly will make you feel like you are still hungry and you will continue to eat until you are stuffed. Eat slowly, give your stomach time to talk to your brain. Experts say it takes about 20 minutes for you to not feel hungry anymore.

it takes 20 minutes until you brain knows if your stomach is full or not. try eating slower or waiting 30 minutes to make another snack if you are still hungry
