there is no test for that. however it is suspected that young males that participate in resistance training at a younger age have a higher muscle density than those that begin later in life. i'm sure this has something to do with growth hormone and hyperplasia in the muscle cell.
I know average muscle density is about 1.1g per cc if that helps.
