Question: I asked this question before and only got one response. I don't like any kind of green food or onions, and I don't plan on eating them in my diet. I want to know what kind of foods i can eat that will help me lose weight. Also for exercise I have an exercise bike and a weight bench. Please help

a diet that incorporates, fresh fruits, veggies , nuts, milk and poultry, stay away from deep fried foods, and on the exercise side buy yourself some free weights, the more muscle you pack and build in your body the more energy you need to expend, hence its more easy to burn the fat when you have more muscle. am not trying to push any fad diet but personally I have tried Tom Venuto's " Feed the Muscle burn the Fat", or try Will Brink, and Craig Ballantines Turbulence training, these programs have been equally effective for me, It might be for you, give it a shot, it would be much help too if you go for a gym membership while they are dirt cheap this time of the year

try to stay away from red meat
fruits, fish baked chicken is good

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

You should take in a good diet of cardio exercise of 60-90 mins 4-6 times per week and lessen the carb intake.

Get the Adkins Diet book and read it. It will show you how to control your carbs and eat properly. It works, I lost 60 lbs and have kept it off two years.

weight watchers is really easy it changes the way you think about food. you eat what you want but in smaller portions. you get a certain amount of points everyday. if you workout you get a couple more points to eat. every food has a point count.

A high protein- low carb diet is best for healthy yet realtively fast weight loss. Not Atkins low carb tho as you'll put the weight back because it's hard to maintain.Try to have most of your carbs in the morning (eg bowl of muesli with yoghurt or fruit) Then lunch whatever you want but don't eat all the bread or use low carb or wholemeal pasta or a small serving of basmati rice (this combined with your meat of choice and loads of veggies) Try eating 2-3 hours before going to bed and have a small dinner but no carbs. (eg fish/chicken) and vegetables If you're hungry during the day have some nuts or a few pieces of dark chocolate. After you've reached you're goal weight you can increase the carbohydrate intake slowly until you reach a level where your body is comfortable without.
The best thing about this diet is you don't have to count calories, you're never hungry, you don't need to eat low/ fat,skim/no fat crap. For example full cream milk has fewer carbs than skim so no need to compromise on taste. I've always found this extremely effective when i wanted to lose some weight. Just try to eat healthy, preservative free stuff in their natural state so cooking your own food is ideal. Hope it helps :-)

Stay from foods with lots of sugar and carbs. Proteins are good-- you can buy unbreaded fish, chicken, and other non-red meats. Tofu is good if you are vegetarian. Milk is great for protein- you can drink lots of low% milk after working out. Some protein drinks and bars can taste all right as well (you just need to find the right ones). It is also a good idea to eat more small meals during the day rather than fewer large ones-- this contributes to a higher metabolism, meaning more fat burn, and you will be less hungry.
--> Swimming is another great way to lose weight and gain definition. Also running or biking outdoors is great (it will be more entertaining than a stationary bike).
--> Sorry, but you are going to have to get used to some green food. Green=healthy, and will give you energy for your workouts... think hard, there must be some vegetable you dislike less than the next.

Hope this helps.

I know it's possible to lose 10 pounds in ONE week. My friend took on the Reset Kit from USANA (bought it from another friend of his) and he lost 10 pounds from it along with exercise. It's a bit pricey, but hey, it WORKS.

if you want, i could hook you up with it.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
