ok i did this plan and i lost 15 pounds in one month listen close kay
1rst make sure you walk really fast 3 miles every day and every 2 weeks add a mile
2nd for your beverages try to mainly consume water
3rd dont look at the scale everyday youll get discouraged so look at it about every two weeks
4th make sure you only eat when your hungry and not when your bored
5thmake sure to stretch before walking for some reason it helps you lose weight faster
lastly i hope this helps and wors for you like it worked for me friend

excecise A LOT!!!! maybe 4 minutes a day or 1 mile a day and eat vegetalbes. i dont do that and I weigh 72lbs-but then again im 12-so dont do what i do!!!!!

Excersie like a mofo. Yea, it might work, try sprinting the mile or running it at full speed.

you can lose 15 pounds in 2 months without starving youreslf (because yeah, with only 800 cals, your bod is going to go into starvation mode) just avoid bread (startch turns to fat) do cardio exercises for 30 minutes each day, and eat lots of proteins, dairy, fruits, and veggies. really simple, no need to do anything extreme.

It took me about 3-4 months to lose 15 lbs. I did cardio 20 minutes a day and changed my diet from eating less to eating more.

1. Do 30 minutes of cardio a day
2. After the first month do weight lifting on addition to the cardio
3. Eat 3 square meals a day, avoid snacks and fast food.

Weight lifting promotes keeping healthy muscle mass; no weight lifting means you will lose both fat weight and muscle weight.

Remember, your goal should not be losing weight; that is a common exercise misconception. Aim to lose inches, measure your waist, thights, arms and chest and keep track of those measurements.

I don't know if it will work for you, but it worked for me.

800 cal diet is very low. I would really encourage you to take a diet profile that will tell you how many calories your body needs. visit http://www.alfitness.com.au and take a free diet profile

Okay. BAD IDEA. 800 calories a day is putting your body into starvation mode. When this happens, anytime you eat, your body then begins to store anything and everything in fat cells to adapt and prevent yourself from starving. You'll gain weight back most likely with that plan.

If you want to lose up to 10 lbs in 2 weeks, don't eat after 6:30-7:30, it's really worth it. Light workouts like even doing jumping jacks and stretching helps. Don't lift weights unless they are super light, and run for about 10 minutes everyday to every 3 days. Slowly increase the minutes on working out. Time usually flys by when listening to good music or working out with a friend.

This one may seem odd, but more fiber really helps, too. Pick up an orange with you get the munchies or something high in fiber and eat it. Don't get into laxatives, because that definatley hurts more than helps. However, a lot more fiber really makes the difference with all of this.(Also, you should get at least 8 hours of sleep.)

But, this is what I did, and it worked. It varies with different people though, I gauruntee you'll see some results though.
