Are pillsbury dough boy brownies fattening?!

Question: Yes. Pillsbury + brownies = fattening.

Answers: Yes. Pillsbury + brownies = fattening.

Most any processed food is fattening. Look for these three things in the ingredients: Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated/Partially Hydrogenated oils.

Sugar is really bad for you. Not only does it kick in your insulin cycle, which just makes you hungry again (vicious cycle), but it creates an acidic enviroment that pathogens thrive in.

High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated/Partially Hydrogenated oils are the killers when it comes to fat. No matter how much of this unnatural stuff you have eaten, your body never gets used to it. To protect itself, the liver turns this stuff to fat and releases it back into your blood stream. Fat is the least of your problems with this stuff. It is at the root of most diseases and is the Alpha Killer amongst Westerners....heart disease, cancer, etc. As far as just fat goes, these poisons make it impossible to lose fat. Impossible...
