Any Kind of Ab work out will make your mid section "appear" flatter, provided that you aren't carrying a LARGE amount of body fat in the mid area. If you're looking to tighten everything, in the area, bicycle crunches (lay on your back with both leggs straight out and about 2 inches off the ground. Bring your right elbow and your left knee together, then switch and bring your left elbow and right knee together, and repeat.)

Then reverse crunches (lay on your back keeping it flat on the ground while you lift your legs to a 45 degree angle and then back to 2 inches off the ground,repeat)

Do this every night

25 Bicycle, 25 Reverse
20 Bicycle, 20 Reverse
15 Bicycle, 15 Reverse
