I started the gym 3 weeks age. I do 20 minutes aerobic exercise?!

well all that really depends on your weight and if you have more than 15-20 pounds you want to lose and you want to lose pretty fast don't do as much gym work just yet you can lose an average of about 20 or more ponds in a month if you do cardio or yoga or anything else that keeps your heart rate going,because the longer you keep your heart rate up the longer you continue to burn fat even while you eat ,and if your looking to tone your legs and midsection then i suggest jogging up stairs a few times or up a hill while tighten your stomach. if you can i suggest 75 minutes but don't overwork yourself. Then building body muscle will be easier.

ps: if you drink two glasses of ice water before you i eat and slow down when you eat so you mind can tell you your full so you don't over eat.

i dont know what you just said but you should do cardio exercise for 30 minutes and liftin weights n all that stuff for 30 minutes 4 days a week and it takes 3-9 weeks to see good results for women
