Remember diet and exercise work together - you must burn more calories than you eat. Try this site to see how many calories a day you need to burn to lose weight. http://healthresources.caremark.com/topi...
Also, remember as you gain muscle you may not lose scale weight but inches (muscle takes up less room than fat). So do your clothes feel loser? May be more important to look at this and less at the scale.

change your routine

You're probably building muscle and losing a little fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so just looking at the scale won't give you a true picture. Check your measurements all over, you've probably toned up.

Also, you should know what your heart rate range is for maximum calorie burn for cardio workouts. You may be working cardio too strongly and your body will be in shock, not burning fat for fuel and that's not going to help.

You are probably losing body fat but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more then fat does. Do your clothes feel looser? Does it seem easier to do the cardio and the reps every week? If so then you're at a good pace. You want to gain muscle because muscle tends to burn calories (which means a better loss of body fat as well) but since muscle is leaner then fat your clothes are probably fitting looser and you probably are noticing the changes in your body.

Looks like you're getting great workouts in, but you don't mention how many calories you're eating per day. Barring a medical condition, losing weight is usually basic math: calories in vs. caloried burned. Try eating fewer calories-and watching your sodium intake (which affects water retention, among other things).

do one or two more sessions of cardi, and mix the cardio up...dont do the same cardio all the time. Also, perhaps your food intake is not conducive to weight loss....be mindful of what you eat...to much and you gain, to little and your body does not burn calories efficiently....eat correctly portion meals and have a 100-200 calorie snack between meals

you have gained muscle, muscle weighs more than fat. You might not see a change in numbers if you are gaining muscle. You might even get higher #'s. The number is not what matters.

You might want to change up your routine. (it sounds a bit easy)

look online for a Bikram Yoga studio, yeah I know yoga sounds easy, but this is Hot yoga- in a studio heated to 105 Deg. you will get an incredible workout and sweat(losing water weight) and really cleaning your body from the inside out. I think if there is one in the area youwill like this workout...
never hurts to check it out. (it is a 90 min class)
don't forget to keep yourself hydrated.
good luck!
