Question: Im gunna start working out and i woud wanna know what do to first,which is for correct way.Running laps,push-ups,sit-ups,and curl-ups.which order do i have to do it,thx

I have heard that running at the end of a workout is the best because it helps your endurance and stamina. Other than that I don't think it matters what order you do it in, as long as your are able to complete the workout.
the day before you start lifting run all day. and when you lift... lift until you can't lift that muscle anymore then run for an hour. then lift for a differ muscle. then run for another hour, then work the originally muscle you started with. (do this all day). then the day after run all day again, ect.
i would also suggest some kind of supplement( i suggest True Mass), or a HGH. depending how old you are.
