My stomach is huge! how do i get rid of this fat?!

Question: i was thinking of jogging/walking 4 miles everyday, starting tomorrow? i already eat a balanced diet, 6 small meals per day and their all healthy. its just i need to start exercising. is it true that in order for you to lose weight you have to do both not just 1? atleast for some people, because everyone is different.

First of all, 4 miles a day is quite a lot. BUT, if you space out the miles (like, walk in the morning, and at night) it will be much better for you. Especially if your not used to walking/jogging, or walking/jogging for that long. Drink lots of water, your diet sounds good, and yes it is true, its easier to diet and exercise than to diet alone. But if you want to lose weight in your stomach, you need to do more than just walk. You need to work out your stomach- like do situps. Good luck!

Start with walking, and cut down on total calories per day. Hopefully, this will slow your weight gain and may start weight loss. This would be a start.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me. Good luck on your fitness pursuits!

Balanced diets are fiction.

Eliminate almost all carbohydrates. Bread, pasta, sweets, juice drinks, cake, donuts, rice, anything made with flour.

Also all starchy vegetables: potatoes, peas, beans.
Enjoy meat, even fatty meat, eggs, cheese, etc. They will satisfy your hunger ....for hours.

Protein & fat diets are completely safe. They provide all the vitamins, minerals & energy your body needs. You will be surprised.

You will lose 3-5 pounds in a day or so just from water loss - carbs retain water.

Exercise is good for you, but it does not help to lose weight

yes its true it also depends on your genetics

4 Miles sounds like a bit too much, unless you have been walking for quite some time. Eating 6 healthy meals is good, and be sure to drink lots of water! But start out slow when you start walking and work your way up to 4 miles. Eating healthy and low fat will help you loose weight but walking should definitely help.

yes the cardio is the way to burn off the fat but you have to tone it w/ ab crunches/ hanging ab raises

I don't know what you consider huge, but usually activity goes hand and hand with watching what & how much goes into the mouth.
How do you get rid of the excess ... loosen up, get on the floor and move your bottom half A LOT in any position for 10-15 min at a time; just move and twist and put your legs up and down - just move. Start there and increase more specific movements as you feel the differences of your movements within the areas you are targeting. (If you back hurts a little, slip your hands under the lower part of your back and continue.)

both are very effective..but get your nutrition right first

======

I found out for myself, I used to speed walk about 10-15 minutes going to work and about 10-15 minutes going home from work. I also watched what I ate. I went from 175 to 135 pounds in about 4 months time.

jogging/walking 4 miles everyday is a bit much and youll find yourself very tired. start with walking a mile. then start jogging, and work your way up. and yes, you have to do both to successfully loose weight.

Everyone is different, but in more ways, we're the same.
People often say they've tried everything. NO they haven't. Do people try eating in a more natural way....

Humans are the only animals that eat many different things in one meal(we're taught that balance is important). But nature doesn't need to be interviened.

Fruit should be at least 35% of the human diet. You say you eat 6 meals. Make 4 of those fruit(by itself) If eaten by itself it'll digest in 30 minutes, 60 for bananas and avocados. Don't eat fruit with other things, it'll mess up your system and your body won't be able to focus on removing exess weight.

This is how I've eaten for 12 years - for health, not weight loss. Yet I lost weight. I didn't even want to.

Most people don't try this, thus don't think it'll work because they're taught to beleive fruit has too much calories and "sugar". Fruit has NO "sugar" as in the white refined crystals that looks like drugs. REFINED is the problem. If your eating food in its natural state, it's hard to get too many calories.

This is fully explained in the book "Fit For Life" http://www.fitforlifetime.com/

don't eat junk food, do crunches, run, do sit-ups and eat healthy foods
