Motivation to workout?!


Question: I need to lose about 30 pounds. I have a strong history of heart disease in my family. But, I have absolutely no desire to exercise. I need motivation tips.

To motivate yourself to exercise you need to tell yourself is this going to affect my life?
Exercising will help you feel better trust me it will ,but you have to eat healthy to.So you can reach the goal of losing 30 pounds.

Look at yourself in the mirror, then look at yourself again but do it pulling your stomech inside to look thiner, and if you have any fat around the chest, pull it off with the hand and get a perfect view from the side, and take good look, and tell yourself, thats me, that will be you if you follow any good workout, worked for me

Clip a picture of a sexy bod in a 2-piece.
Paste your face/head over the model's face.
Put that by your mirror where you will it every single day.
OR
You can take pictures of your family with heart disease and put your face/head over theirs. (I would prefer to do the first one)
