How can i loose weight without exercising?!


Question: I have serious back problems, probably from being overweight. Stretches alone hurt my back and sometimes even sitting in an uncomfortable chair hurts my back. Therefore, I want to know if there is a way i can lose weight without having to exercise, at least for now.

Eat smaller portions and eat healthy while taking vitamin pills and drinking V8 juice whenever I get hungry but know I shouldn't eat. I lost weight really fast by doing that.

cut out all the sodas and just drink water, don't eat any junk food, and cut down a lot on bread, no fast food, or fried foods

A lean diet. Plenty of water. And plenty of supervision from your physician. Make sure your weight loss is healthy and that your body adjusts accordingly.

I lost 75 pounds in 6 months w/aboslutley no exercise but eating only one small meal per day and drinking only water and diet soda. Highly effective but very tormenting lol. I kept most of it off for 4 years too but ended up gaining 20 pounds back. So I tried the new phase of low carb dieting and also subtracted dairy; cheese and milk and replaced it w/soy milk. Ate lots of lean protien, fiber, fruits and vegetables. And of course no sugar. And I gradually lost the 20 pounds and have never gainied it back. This diet allowed me to eat as much as I needed all day long as long as it was healthy, and has been a plan I've been able to stick to long term. Not so much as a diet but changing my whole way of eating forever.
I have to let you know though that after I lost the 75 pounds on the 1 meal a day diet w/no exercise I didn't get that dream body I wanted. Or thought I would have. I had loose, saggin grandma skin all over the place.... I

Well I'm not sure just how overweight you might be, but I had gastric bypass surgery 2 years ago and hardly lifted a finger and lost about 230 lbs now. Yes, i do also have sagging grandma skin, but damn am I a lot healthier and happier. My other suggestion might be to find sitting exercises, or wall exercises. These are very low strain, but effective. You may consult adoctor or physical therapist for specific exercises or professional advice.
