Constant battle with my weight?!


Question: im 16 year old male 5,7 tall and right now i weight 200 pound i lost alsmost 20 pound 2 month ag os i really happy about it
but after that happen i kinda spot eating during the day i just wasnt hungry but like after 9 ,10 PM my stomach hurt a lot i knwo i shouldnt be eatin at that time but what could i do
so now im still not eating but only breakfast


im happy with how i look but sometimes i just have enough of how people can be rude and say mean thing about me
for the last couple of month i was only eatin fish ,chicken ( i dont eat other meat)
and maybe cottage cheese with some fruits

i want to stay with the weight i have right now but its kinda hard sometimes especially at night i just would love ot eat something sweet like a chocolate some candy
im trying not to and even if i do it i do it in the day

if you're happy with your wt - have fun. late night - i had similar problem, telling myself to stop didn't help many times. tried many things of and on. finally what sticks are these two as far as high sugar craving at night. sometimes i am able to curb the feeling with water - 1 glass or 2 glasses or 3...... sometimes i have a 1/2 gallon bottle - which i get without a glass (like in gym). all this water seems to right away fill stomach up and then seems the feeling of sugar need goes away. sometimes if this not working or just not able to steer self towards water !! then hot chocolate - some sugar, some chocolate and is hot so HAVE to sip - no overdoing ! other then that - simply have fun.

if you love what you want to eat go for it but you also have to exercise if you wanna manage your weight, run at a gym.

go on a diet and work out

come up with a plan and stick to it, it's the only way. Don't have the bad foods available so you won't accidentally give in to your cravings. EXERCISE

you're too young to worry about your weight.

don't stress.

wait till you're over and done with high school. it'll be much easier for you.

Eat natural foods, fruit and veggies.

Exercise it will boost your metabolism and you will need more calories. Muscle burns more energy than fat.

I hear you. Its so hard to diet and remain a healthy weight with temptations everywhere you go, but just be strong. Eat healthy 95% of the time and then reward youself once a week for all your will-power and hard work. Give yourself every Saturday morning off, so go out for breakfast and eat waffles or pancakes or chocolate muffins and then have a healthy normal dinner or vise versa (Saturday night off, have pizza for dinner). Its okay to break the rules now and again just try to opt for healthier-bad options (if that makes sense) for example insted of having a big meat-lovers pizza have a veggie pizza or insted of having potato chips have pop corn or dried fruit....etc Good Luck
