you sound like the perfect weight for your hight!! why do you need to lose itt?
however if you do the trick is to eat about 1600-1800 calories a day and burn off about 400.

No reputable organisation will give you a 1200 calorie meal plan. The healthy bare minimum for a woman in 1400.

It's entirely up to you how many calories you eat, but if you want 1200 a day don't waste time and effort looking at reputable diets and trainers, they won't go less than 1400.

You are young, so it won't take much. Give up sugar and limit white bready food. I walk one hour every day(about 3 miles) or do what you can. Consistency is important. This works for me!

Being a teen your body is still growing and 1200 calories might be too low. But to answer your question, a site I find to be really helpful is sparkpeople.com. Its free and they provide you with a diet (usually 1200-1550 calories a day) and an exercise routine. They also have tons of other nifty little features. I've lost 25lbs so far, so I highly recommend it for people who want to lose weight in a healthy fashion without any fads of gimmicks.

You are not fat, you do not need to lose any weight for your height you are fine. Understand that you don't need to be anorexic skinny to fit in and that I'm sure that your beautiful just the way that you are. If you want to try I would suggest very light exercise like walking, jogging, hiking, riding your bike things like that, I would not go out and try to lose the weight.
