Does anyone know of any diet pills that work, but won't make you jittery or !

Question: Hi,

yet I tried 6 different kinds of diet pills.
I took Solidax ADX, Xerisan ASA, Hoodia Gordonii Pure and Phentermine.
With all of them, I had a lot side effects, and eventually had to quit using all of them
Then I was reading about a new pill called Pro-Actol.
I ordered it, and am really happy about the results. The best of all is, that I didn't experience any side effect yet, and that I am finally loosing weight.
So if you decide to take pills, I can suggest this one most.

take alli... it prevents the body from absorbing 25% of ur fat intake.. its the only FDA approved drug u can get ur hands on.. ots everywhere.. has a book too.

I think not...your metabolism has to get a jump start...and that's why the diet pills are used. The main ingredient in most is a caffeine drug of some kind... Usually, unless your system is really sensitive..you can get some "results" from the pills without the jumps..if you don't take more than the directions say to take. Also, it seems to me, that switching to a different one every so often...is not a bad idea. exercise..and calorie count are still the only real way... I know....not the answer any of us want ! ?

You are wise to avoid all diet pills containing caffeine. Read about effects of caffeine here:

I don't agree with the idea of taking Ali either. It's a fat binder, our bodies need EFA (Essential Fatty Acids), and Ali absorbs those together with necessary nutrients. read about fats here:

The only diet pill I would recommend is Hoodia which is a natural appetite suppressant that has been used by the Bushmen tribe in South Africa for years. Read more about Hoodia here:

The best way to lose weight permanently is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Any diet pill should be used temporarily.
