Lose weight fast?!


Question: i have gained so much weight i used to be 109 and now i am 130 i need to lose it realy fast does anyone know of something that i could do to lose this exra weight i am willing to try anything the reason i need to lose so fast is because i am leaving next weekend to see people that i havent seen in awhile and i do not want them to see me this way i also work to jobs so anywhere around 65 hours a week so i dont have time to exercise as much as i would like to

I know of 2 really quick weight loss diets. One is the Adkins diet that I currently on, where you can drop about 1/2 lb. per day. Maybe even faster is the old Stillman Diet, wnich is much more strict, but is a faster weight loss. Both are low/no carb diets. Look for both online.

But darlin', anyone who loved you @ 109 will still love you @130. Actually, no one will notice the weight gain if you are your usual sweet self. Dress in a flattering outfit and focus on the other person.

Well your crazy to think you can lose thirty pounds in a week!!! If your not willing to spend time exercising and eating right don't plan on keeping any weight off. Whatever crazy concoction you may try will only be a quick fix and you will more than likely gain even more weight.

As of may 2007, I was 6 ft, 210 pounds and I excersized a lot.. and now i'm 185.. here is how:

I stopped excersizing, and I started to lose weight..
Then I stopped eating food except a small tiny bits every day, and I started dropping weight.. but then I started making myself throw up and I started losing lots of weight fast.. and now its been many months since then and i'm 185..

So there you have it, that was the technique I learned, and it worked great for me :)
