Keep up with the weights training. I too am the same size as you are except I am 35yrs old. I have this circuit ttraining routine that i do in under 1/2 hour. I start with bench presses with a weight i can lift 8-10x then go straight to squats then a dumb bell curl and press then deadlifts and finally some crunches. rest 1 minute and do the circuit again 2-3 more times. It leaves me fatigued. I would say if you want to shed body fat, try and treadmill and do some HIIT(high intensity interval training) google it. You could do thuis on your non lifting days, all it takes is 15-20 minutes. sorry Im not sure if you have access to a treadmill, but you can also achieve some results with an ellyptical. Good luck
