Question: What's the best training methods for a woman to tone up her thighs, tighten her butt (make it bigger), and her abs?

Building muscle has been my biggest problem for years!
My skinny frame is not exactly the greatest attraction to women.
This was my problem throughout high school, but thankfully I
have fixed that problem. All due to this website.

running
stit ups
crunches
squats
butt clenches

the thign is with weight training is to pyramid your sets start lightish then go heavy and on your last set do what you started off with and eat right

you know what the first thing I WAS THINKING that came to by; but, this is A PUBLIC FORUM!! haha

when i was a cop, honestly, the best thing to do is 30 minutes of cardiovascular (keep the heart pumping). be it jogging, stationary bicycling, etc.
