Highschool gym class?!


Question: i am a freshmen and a little overweight.... i kno i will be last in the fitness tests and i jus tdon't want people to make fun of me =] what shoudl i do??

honestly, im in highschool pe.. and those fitness tests.. are not a big deal.

if i were in your situation, i would still try hard.. but pretend you dont care that your last. make it seem like its not a big deal. because if you do that, the rest of the people will hardly notice.


dont worry :) but try to lose that weight and you wont have these problems.

ignore them and don't listen to what they say

Try to walk/jog every day at around 4:00 PM for 40-60 minutes, and try to eat vegetables instead of junkfood, and try only to eat until satisfied, dont overstuff yourself, but dont starve either

Also, if you cant jog for long, try to walk for 40-60 minutes every day about 2 weeks or 3, then try jogging to see if you can do atleast 10 minutes, then 15, then 20, and so on

im a freshman 2. i just tested it and im not over wight, im at risk but im not. i thought i was but i tested it. u test it. look it up on google. government teen wight testing.

i'd just start excercising at home like running a little bit outiside or on the treadmill. you can also cut down on calories.

umm.. we can't do anything but you have to have self-esteem.
