Im trying to lose weight but are there any effective exercises to reduce fat of !

20 minutes of walking EVERYDAY.
add 2-3 minutes every three days - -
eventually do at least 30 minute of BRISK walking DAILY!
That's how I lost weight in tremendous way after a few months AND then I looked GREAT in my wedding gown. Went from 150 down to 130 pounds.
I'm the same way except I'm about 5'3" and 156 but look like I'm about 125 ish
