A fitness gym application?!
Question: Well where can i find an application which i can print out from a gym to sign up as a memeber instead of going to the gym and geting the application. Like know gyms//// Thanks in advance.. :)

You should look on the web site for the gym for which you wish to participate. Surley that would have it there.
I've never heard of anyone being able to do that. You have to go in person and sign some forms anyway. If you don't want to go to the gym to fill out the papers what makes you think that you'll go to the gym to exercise?
I think the only way is to actually go to the gym and sign up....
