Why is breakfast so important?!


Question: breakfast is important for a couple reasons. everyone will say it gives you energy, which is true, but, it does what the name says it does. it "breaks" the "fast" from sleeping all night. by eating breakfast, you supply the body with its first dose of nutrients of the day. this helps to keep you going, it helps to keep metabolism up, compared to people who do not eat breakfast. it goes hand in hand with eating often vs eating only a couple times a day. your metabolism will be higher if you eat smaller portions more often.

Breakfast is important because then you would do better in school and it makes you healthier.
