What's a good after-dinner snack?!

Question: I (sometimes! not always) want a nibble of something at around 8:30, a handful of nuts with a warm drink is a good combo, but is there an IDEAL snack?

There's not one single ideal snack. Yours is a good choice. Mix it up some. Try yogurt, popcorn (no butter), carrot sticks. Pickles are great because they have no calories.

Thats a good snack try not to eat after 7:30PM though or fours hours before you go to sleep. A fruit or yogurt is fine too. And try drinking water instead of a warm drink.

a fruit shake. it is really good. Put all kinds of fruit in a blender and turn it on. i would add some juice to make it more liquidy. also try low fat yogurt. you can add some nuts and other stuff to make in taste better

Try some of those 100 calorie snacks. Some low calorie/fat popcorn. Salsa with crackers. It depends on what you have a taste for at night. I have different tastes. Tootsie pops is my pick right now.

Fresh fruit such as an apple, grapes, orange, pear, banana. How about herbal tea, or hot chocolate made with 2% low-fat milk. Peanut butter and crackers. Yogurt. A healthy cereal. Something light not too heavy before bed. It sounds like you enjoy things that crunch!
