How to start my diet???!


Question: how can i eat the things i like but avoid all those calories? i love drinking soda like sierra mist and i think i can get off it but i drink a sip and i down it all almost. i need help! i need to lose about 160-168 pounds. do you think going on a 2000 calorie diet is healthy. i have a doc appointment today so should i discuss all this with her??? please help me! i will help you when you ask a ?.

I sense your desperation and hope I can help. I love to eat, too and wish there was a way that I could eat everything I want and avoid calories but there's just no way to do it.

It sounds to me like you are lacking good nutrition. As a result, you have no energy which is why you are downing Sierra Mist. It's got tons of caffeine and sugar that gives you a quick burst of energy but will ultimately cause you to gain more weight.

I feel the same way about chocolate. That's my energy food but it also makes me gain tons of weight so I try to limit it.

Hopefully, your doctor will refer you to a nutritionist and they can work together to decide how many calories you need to lose weight.

no its not a good thing the best thing you should do is exercise and chew your food properly that helped me
