all my weight came off of hips and thighs and arms but its just my stomach and i only weigh 120. and body fat is 18 which is lower than the average (19.5) is it possible to flatten it before june?

if i start this plan breakfast- cereal

you think itll also rev my metabolism up since it went down because of my eating habits???

yes eating more regualy and frequently will help increase your metabolism but remember because of the poor eating regime it is quite slow at moment so initially in the first week or two you will hold abit on but done despare as the metabolism will swing back into motion and youl be fine.

If you continue as you are your belly wont flatten for a long time as your not providing enough nutrient for muscle to develop which in turn feeds on the fat in your belly.

Go back to a healthy eating regime then do your abs and strength etc and remember to do strength prior to any cardio as this will have more of a "spot reduction" effect and give you what you are after. keep in mind the abs are a very small group of muscles therefore the hardest to achieve.

Stay on track and you'll be fine, feel free to have a look at some ab workouts i have or even healthy recipes http://myfitmate.blogspot.com im sure theres stuff youd like

good luck

well they say u should eat alot everyday just not full meals at once, but little by little meals each 3 hours, or watever etc.

If your worried about the weight, its not diet related per say, since you don't eat much. If anything your eating too little. I would switch your workouts to running, or walking on the treadmill, at least 1 hour five days a week. Running will thin you out and give you a slimmer appearance, and nothing beats running for boosting your metabolism. Two days won't make you fat, so don't worry about that...Again, run, and your body fat will reduce itself greatly. Good luck.

Your body's metabolism is in survival mode! You're starving and your body is trying to store any energy it can find (which isn't much!) Skipping meals will actually cause you to gain weight. Start packing a lunch if you don't like school lunch. It looks like you are eating less than 500 calories a day. You need to at least triple your intake, especially since you are working out!

If you are having trouble convincing yourself to eat more, talk to a doctor or health professional. Your diet is lacking in... well, everything. You need protein to build your muscles. You need more vitamins and minerals. Don't substitute no food in place of bad food.

Your new plan is a much better start, but you'll probably still need to eat a little more. Try mapping out your daily portion sizes, calorie intake, and protein intake. A little fat won't hurt you, either. Some fat is needed to absorb certain vitamins into your system. Keep the saturated fat to a minimum, though. Just keep everything balanced and keep on working out. You'll retrain your metabolism, keep your weight off, and not be malnourished.
